It had incredibly comfortable and ideal location with access to Goebels Park nearby. The staff was top-class & accommodating.

Didn't like the area, it was absolutely disgusting.

Extremely convenient and incredibly beautiful hotel managed by efficient people. Thoroughly enjoyed the room with a view, my bed was extremely comfy. It was impeccably clean, bigger then in most Covington hotels. The location of the property was efficient business, close enough to restaurants and gas stations and the stadium. Also, main attraction such as an interactive museum was 1 mile from this hotel.

Staff was super very amiable and efficient. This hotel was located in an efficient business area adjacent to Cincinnati and the city centre. Furthermore, by the river.

The staff was not accommodating.

We got updated room with a view. Location: the hotel was next to downtown Cincinnati, Covington and Cincinnati Downtown and the stadium.

Dinner and breakfast food was appetising. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a view. The position of the hotel was great, on everything we asked for.

Well, the area was very disappointing overall.

The location is perfect for sports fans as it's close to the stadium and convenient for exploring the city. The surrounding area offers a variety of dining options, with restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Parking can be a bit inconvenient as it is in a separate garage and costs an additional fee.

The room is updated and extremely spacious and the staff are very pleasant. Excellent location, exceptionally comfortable bed, spotlessly clean bathroom.

As adventure travelers, we really enjoyed the friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the upgrade to a King suite. The hotel staff also provided helpful information on transit services to the ball park.

Felt very homey, nothing to complain about.

expensive - cost more than others in the area and when checking out I saw someone get a better price even though I had booked for a longer time in a low-demand time of the week little food service - difficult to get a hot drink or breakfast, etc at the hotle because of the limited hours of the "restaurant"

Wonderfully convenient hotel on the tank shuttle bus line. Quiet and pleasant. Adjacent to Covington area known as Mainstrasse--you will think you are in Europe! Great shoppes--a cymbal maker, antiques, Lisa's consignment, Chez Nora and Dee Felice for great food. Open air festivals with music and great ambiance.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, quick resolution of reservation mistake. Excellent hot breakfast, upgraded to a King suite, helpful staff with transit info. Clean room, comfortable bed, fixed hot tub. Nice atmosphere with fireplace and patio. Clean and comfortable rooms.

clean hotel in a nice building short walk to white castle, mc d's, taco bell and burger king and the stadium and the city centre. incredibly nice brilliantly friendly staff, ideal location close to everything. easy walk to goebels park.

The location is favourable and magnificent and it is right by the city centre and free parking and restaurants and gas stations.
